Use of our free tools

Payment

Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you, the client, will own the intellectual property rights to the final design(s) delivered as part of a custom project. Until full payment is received, GD Graphic retains ownership of all design concepts and drafts.
Revisions
The project proposal will specify the number of revisions included in the design process. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges. Your timely feedback is important to keep the project moving smoothly.
Confidentiality
All client information and project details are handled with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without your explicit consent.
Termination
Either party has the right to terminate custom design services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and Conditions.
No warranty
While we strive for excellence, GD Graphic does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our free tools or design services. We are committed to working closely with you to achieve the best possible outcome.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall GD Graphic be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the use of our website, free tools, or design services.
